S. P. Thamilselvan (full name Suppayya Paramu Thamilselvan) was a senior political leader of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE)
Thamilselvan, the Head of the LTTE’s Political Wing, effectively serves as the organization’s chief political spokesperson and negotiator.
He represented the LTTE in peace talks with the Sri Lankan government and in international discussions, particularly during the 2002 Norwegian-brokered ceasefire.
