Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- For clothing and apparel, the item must be free from stains, odors, and signs of wear.
- For electrical items, the item must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- For jewelry, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to amizhthu.com@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a return authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship to: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team when the RA is issued.
Important: Returns without a valid RA number may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
In the event of a faulty electrical item, please contact us immediately at amizhthu.com@gmail.com so we can investigate. Items that arrive damaged must have photo evidence supplied when contacting customer service.
